Sometimes people believe bodybuilders are artificial persons who only think about themselves, training 2 or 3 hours per day, dieting and doing cardio and crazy things, maybe there are people like that, but as a wife, mother of two kids more 2 dogs I always put my family first and I have to do a lot of thing in my house every day, I only dedicate 45 or 40 minutes for working out daily, that’s enough to my healthy lifestyle, when I’m going to compete is the same I add some cardio early in the morning and some posing practices, but the most important thing is to be consistent in all what you want to be, remember a little bit every Day is going to pay off! Is all about being healthy, if you get a great shape and you feel more confident that’s a plus , but you better do it for wellness and caring yourself.
