I get up early because I have to take my son to school and also walk my dogs, after that, I prepare breakfast which is my vegan waffle. I feel so much better when I sit on my couch and take this moment for me, eating and drinking my maté ( drink like a green tea, originally from Argentine). Then I’ll be able to clean my house, full of energy to start my day.
I feel peace of mind when my house is nice and clean, I really do. I also love to spend time with my dogs. They are so adorable, like daughters to me.
After that I love to be mentally and physically prepared for my daily work out. I start thinking about my muscles and the part that I will train that day, what exercise I want to do and I can imagine me doing all the exercise in my mind then when I drive to the gym and I hear a motivational song and then I’m ready to Rock the gym, I feel strong, I feel confident, I feel happy, I put my music 🎧 in my ears, so that helps me a lot to be more focused, I don’t train for a long time, it takes maybe 40 or 45 minutes, today is chest and triceps and I’m so excited because is my favorite. I train 5 times a week and offseason and 6 times on competition. Always is necessary to take 1 or 2 days off, for recovery your muscles. After my workout, I feel tired but happy that I have done.
