Ingredients
1/2 cup oats, 1/4 dry quinoa, 1 scoop Vegan protein, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup coconut milk.
Preparation
Put all the dry ingredients in the blender and then you put the coconut milk at the end and blend it all. When it’s creamy you put it in the warm waffle maker and make a gold and delicious protein waffle. How much protein you have? 30 gms!! Boom!
